Martin Collins Enterprises Ltd are seeking a dedicated individual who will work as part of the team to assist in all aspects of the administration based in our Berkshire Head Office. The successful candidate will join a small team with a vast array of knowledge and experience to help you develop with us and succeed within your role.

Responsibilities
It is a varied role which provides support to all office departments, including Reception, Sales, Health and Safety and Manufacturing. You will be required to assist with all aspects of general administration such as filing of documents and updating of our Company database.
You will assist our Projects and H&S Coordinator with our regular H&S checks supporting the safe operation of the office, through the promotion of an active safetly culture and to lead by example.
Provide any other ad-hoc administration works as is required to cover holidays and absence of colleagues in other areas of the business.
Skills and Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail required
Microsoft Office experience
Administration experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate
Able to follow defined policies and procedures
Able to work under minimal supervision
Full-time hours: 37.5hrs per week
Permanent (Subject to 3-month probationary period)
Salary: £19,000 to £20,000 per annum
